Once again the weather wasn't kind to us. The wind made the bay difficult to navigate and fish. The Fox River was on the muddy side from the wet Spring. But in the end anglers still brought fish to the scale, one basket of fish almost setting a record weight for our tournament.

The tournament for next Spring will be held the Saturday after Mother's Day. Plan accordingly and we hope to see everyone back with us next year.

I have attached a copy of the final results:

Congrats to my favorite river rats awesome job. Once again the weather was just a little on the down side but my wife still had fun and caught some fish. I just need to coach here up on netting. Karl , Randy once again nice job and we will see you again next year.

Karl and Randy, my partner and I fished this tournament for the first time yesterday and we had a great time. I was very impressed with the organization and attention to detail. Having someone at Jimmy Seas to direct me where to park with my boat/trailer for the weigh in was very helpful. If you're open to suggestions, one thought I had was it might be nice to designate a marine radio channel for the contestants and directors to communicate. Thanks very much for your hard work and making suching a nice tournament experience. We'll see you next year and hopeully the weather will be much better! - Josh Meyer

I believe Rob Krause and Dave Dretske (Team 23) handed in their board without weighing in any fish, and they inadvertently received the same weight as Team 22 (Robak and Keller). Not that it was a big deal tho as they both was outside of the money.
