I am curious if the engines r the same between the 175 and 150 optimax. I was told that the only difference is the ecm. If any one knows please chime in. also if that is the case could a person reflash the ecm? thanks

A person could, but he'd have to be the right person. Problem is, the right person probably wouldn't do it.

not possible also the other difference is the ring on top of the plenum remove that and you will run real lean someone might suggest that thought i would head that off before you really have problems. the difference in speed is minnamal so why bother maybe 2 or 3 mph difference stick with what you have
