kinda stupid question but after watching leech lake had to ask, Where you guys get bait when on the road? local shops? bring your own on the road? Is there a live bait road crew travelling to events? was wondering cause here in NY live bait is scarce and pricey. if 100 boats showed up in the morning looking for minnows, somebody gonna be empty handed. Thanks!

In the midwest, baitshops are a common fixture in even the smallest communities. Many gas stations also sell crawlers and leeches.
