This boat just keeps on impressing me.  Fished Butte last night in the wind.  Headed west from 41.  She was white capping right down the gut.  72mph going right with them.  If it were not for the wind I could have drank a cup of coffee.  The faster I go the better the ride.  No doubt Bago will give this boat problems in that wind but am still amazed at the ride.  I just laugh when I think how brainwashed I used to be against bass boats.

At 55mph this thing barely sips gas.  I am not trying to brag on my boat here, just trying to open up some eyes.  Take a hull like the X-190 and you could do virtually the same thing.  I guess the only problem is for you potato chip eaters out there.

Yep, and when you get out on those cold spring mornings, you're gonna get major brain freeze like you ate a quart if Vanilla Bean too fast!

Then again. It's Rich. Major brain freeze is unlikely! HA!

When do I get a ride?

Anytime bud. That goes for any of you guys. I ordered the second console yesterday. Some of you might want to wait until that comes in. Rob can attest to that. Rain feels like bird shot to the face.

I'm ready when you are Rich. Maybe we can do a tourney together. Headed for New York in the morning. See you all in 10 days.

Rich,

I was trolling last night on Sunset.  When I saw this Bass Boat hauling ass through the very windy condition, I remarked to myself... that Bass Boat handles the waves pretty darn well and then I thought... what the hell is he doing out here on a night like this!

I on the other hand was getting blown all over the place in my crappy 17 foot aluminum Sylvan that acts more like a sail boat in the wind

That was you on Sunset huh?! I think we were the only ones out that night. Fishing sucked but was a fun boat ride.

Hammer, lol. A 14'er is what I used to run. I got blown away all the time! Sweet gas mileage and it still caught lots of fish though!
