I see on the MWC bulletin board that they are gonna discuss foul weather boundries with the angler advisory commity. It seams to me that the only place to hide from the wind there is in the river itself. Imagine if you would 220 boats congested into that short stretch of river. I personaly cant see good foul weather boundries unless you have strong winds from a west direction. Any body have any input on this. I have limited experiance in this area and would like to have a clue on how they will handle this.

This is just a guess and nothing more. I don't have a map handy but my guess would be shortening the distance we would be allowed to travel.
