I currently run 2 graphs now one at bow one on console looking to possibly add another on console an 858 basically for a map full time and current one to run DI/SI would my 24volt system handle this okay even with running the trolling motor for a day?

Depends on the amount of wind and current, you are approaching needing a dedicated battery for your accessories.

General consensus is you don't run your electronics, especially your sonar/GPS from the TM batteries. I would add a battery just for electronics, or change your cranking battery to a dual purpose battery. Charge all your batteries every time you get of the water.
