It really was Steve.

I was shocked how it stayed together and carveable after it was fried. Perfect taste combination of salty sea squid and fresh water walleye. I was always looking for an excuse to try and use squid.

pretty amazing... As an Italian growing up i got the Squid... and every type of seafood out there...
I will give this a try sunday...
I have Monkfish on my bucketlist...

I have Monkfish on my bucketlist...


I dredged the squid and walleye after they were stuffed into an egg & Milk wash, then into my magic batter for the coating. I use a 1/2 Frying Magic & 1/2 Italian Bread Crumb batter. I add some parsley flakes and Garlic powder to the batter as well. I fried them in a Virgin Olive Oil and Butter mixture. Did some oven french fries and ate myself into a couch comma.
