Here's a short video of some of the fish we caught yesterday on pool 7 of the Mississippi. We were pitching mini flukes and ringer paddle tails on 1/4 oz unpainted jigs. No monsters today, just a lot of eaters (even though we didn't keep any).

This next video (also from yesterday), shows how we catch fish on plastics by simply holding the jig off the bottom as we drift along a current seam. This is one of my favorite bites of the year, the violent strike on hard line is tough to beat.
