Hey guys. I just my bottom bouncers I ordered from perchjerker. They are the nicest ones I have ever seen. He makes them with a floating arm so they wont spin and get tangled and a nice snap swivel. His site is www.bottombouncer.com if anyone is interested. thanks

Member Posts: 526 Location: blue mounds, wisc | like the beav stated lets see them. one thing though i dont think i ever tangle bottom bouncers ... its the most effective live bait presentation that you can fish.i was taught by the greatest fisherman PETE HARSH the secrets of bouncers and if your tangleing them up then your not fishing them correctly.

Member Posts: 190 Location: Annandale, MN | It looks like there is a kink at the top of the main wire with a bead and the leader wire spins on the axis of this wire...not sure but that is what it looks like to me?? Decent idea. At times in high wind, I've had my bottom bouncers (when the whole rig is out of the water) spin and hook the leader line....just occasionally though. Jon www.naviguides.com

Member Posts: 171 | Larry, i heard a rumor that Pete actually prefers to use a bouncer instaed of an in-line weight or snap weight when trolling suspended fish. Any truth? Rob

![]() Member Posts: 12 | Thanks Sworall for posting that pic and the nice comment. I just special ordered a mold to do 8 ouncers, so now I can do 1/2 ounce all the way up to 8. I have guys who want the heavy ones (without arms) for pole lining some upcoming river tourneys. Edited by perchjerker 2/20/2004 5:16 AM
