I'm a Muskie fishing refugee looking for some advice -

I read and see a lot of good things about the Rainy River Fall shiner run and would like to know roughly when it happens. Most of the videos have folks dressed for cold so I'm guessing late but it would be good to know before I make the trek up that way.
