Fred, the walleye bite has been pretty decent at the head of the lake and in the WI backchannel. The sauger bite has been nothing short of fantastic up and down the MN shorelines of Lake Pepin with lots of fish in the 16 to 20 inch range being taken. The wingdam bite in the Wabasha area has also taken off big time for nice eyes on willow cats. I guess what I am saying is pick an area and go hammer em, the bite is on. Good luck.
