| Last night, Pete and I went for a 'Bago boat ride to test the automatic throttle component we installed on the TR-1 Auto Pilot. And aside from draining the starting battery down to non-working status, it tested well. Of course we brought along the rods and caught lots of fish keeping 6 of them tasty eyes! They bit Rapalas, Thundersticks and Bagley crankbaits trolling the 10 foot rock breakline a short distance from Pipe. After we filled our growling bellies on Kevin Blanck's fried chicken - offered there at the gas station in Pipe - I encouraged Pete to hold them all up at the same time. Member Posts: 59 Location: Appleton, WI | Was wondering if anyone has found the bigger fish yet. The fat 15 inchers are good eating and fun to catch but it would be nice to get some larger fish too. Do you only get the bigger ones out in the mud? Just wondering. This has been a very helpful site for me and very informational. Thank-you to all you guys that offer your help and suggestions. It's well appreciated! Have a good day! Mike | ||

Member Posts: 69 Location: Chilton | There are bigger fish being caught. I, unfortunately, cannot tell you where because I don't know. There was some 5 and 6 pounders that showed up at the scale Saturday. Kevin B. knows, he had a whole basket full of bigger fish. Chances are, you'll have to stumble upon them yourself. Good Luck, and be sure to send me a PM when you find them.

Member Posts: 377 Location: Neenah Wi | You will be hard pressed to get any info on specific spots as there are a few big tournaments coming up.The mud should be getting hot within a week or 2.I did'nt mark squat off oshkosh yesterday. They could be up real high though.

| Thats what I thought Rick, your typical bago eyes. You must of had the camera about two feet away when you took that pic. YOURS TRULY | |||

| How else does one take pictures?:-) Please notice Pete's forearms. Those pictures where the walleyes look bigger than the person holding them, is because they hold The Fish close to the camera, while the person holding the fish is far away. Look close, will not see the forearms on those pictures with monster fish... | |||

| I'll be sure to look at peoples forearms the next time I'm looking at fish pictures. Boy thanks for the helpful info, wow, what was I thinking asking such a question | |||

| Pre-fishing the last few days for the WWA Tourney held tomorrow. Am fishing with WalleyeX, who is a regular on the board, and find him to be a good conversationist and happens to be a good fisherman. And all I can tell you about the bite is there are no big fish in the system!!! But lots of eaters.:-) Oh yeah, jigging and bobbering rocks humps is a sure bet to catch a limit. | |||
