Was coffetabletalking with an East competitor and he thinks Detroit River, Dunkirk, and Huron Bay is on the list.

I know they were deciding between Green Bay and Winnebago. Other than that, no idea. Wish they would come out earlier with a defined schedule

In the east I think it will be Detroit River, Henderson harbor again and lake Erie east Dunkirk or the Small boat harbor in Buffalo. We`ll see I `m ready either way.

I agree that the East will return to Henderson harbor with the others at Erie (Buffalo-Dunkirk somewhere) and the Detroit River. I'm ready for the full east division next year. My partner and I fished Chautauqua a couple of weeks ago and I was impressed how well things were run and how much excitement there was even though there were not as many teams entered as Kristine (and everyone else) had hoped for.

I heard one of the MWC folks or maybe the Cabelas guy talking at the MWC Winnebago event. They were talking about the MWC maybe not being around in 2005 due to the lack of competitors this season. Truly a bad ROI (Return On Investment) is what the lady was saying.

Oops, I meant to say MWC East. Sorry about the mistake.

Takes time to get a circuit established in a new market; I hope the MWC sticks with the division out there. by the way, welcome to WalleyeFIRST, Pat C.

I also hope they keep the east division. As soon as I get a boat big enough to handle the big waters, I intend on fishing the eastern circuit. The east division will grow but it will take time as already stated in this thread. There was alot of talk around here locally about the circuit. One thing I noticed most, is that a good majority of the people around here are in the same catagory as me. Would love to have fished the circuit but just dont have a boat suitable for the likes of Lake Erie or Ontario. Chataqua would have been ok though. Lots of people I have talked to are looking for bigger boats that will handle these waters and intend on fishing the MWC as soon as they find the right boat.

I think the MWC will pick up speed after the Saginaw Bay event, alot of Michigan anglers aren't even aware of the circuit.
