I was just wondering if you had a classified section listing boats for sale?

Location: Rhinelander | That amount places the ad until the boat is sold, by the way. No time limit, and free updates.

Member Posts: 389 | eye Lunker - 1/21/2005 5:40 PM Zach just curious why a 30.00 charge? You can't get an ad in a newpaper without buying it can you? A $30 dollar charge for unlimited time here is pretty darn cheap. A newspaper will charge you by the day, week, or month...not cheap. The classifieds on internet sites also help pay the bills to keep internet sites on the interent. The site creators/administrators may offer the sites to us users for free, but that's only because they can keep the costs down by making money from advertising "sponsors" and through billing for the classifieds. It costs money to have sites like this on the internet, and that money has to come from somewhere other than the administrators pockets. Juls

Member Posts: 859 Location: Appleton wi | Chill out jules...i fully realize what a ad in the newspaper cost no matter what the item is. I thought perhaps when it was brought up on here about having a boat for sale section there wasnt going to be a charge. If the administrator needs it to help keep the site going i'm all for it ! Thanks

Member Posts: 859 Location: Appleton wi | Jules thanks but dont worry about it. In my male mind i was "assuming" there wasnt going to be a charge way back when this was brought up. And Denny i see the 8" snow storm we had must be keeping the customers away ![]()

Location: Rhinelander | The show here was definitely hit hard by the snow. Luckily it's a long one, so the dealers can still hope for good weather next weekend.
