Any reviews from those that own, have owned, etc one of these...how are they? What's the big water ride like, I have never been in one but they look like the sit low in the water for the multi-species angler as well(musky, bass). Are they comparable to a 619? Thanks for any info!

After posting, I did find this topic beat to death on another board(But WalleyeFirst is always my 1st Choice)...If anyone wants to add anything I will check back tho...Thanks!

The 189 rides a touch better and has the same back end as the 205. If you do buy it, be sure to put on a "whale tale" to help with its horrible holeshot. The seats are a bit higher which I like and the DC windshields are a little higher also for better protection. If you buy one with an MFI trailer, be sure to check your lug nuts OFTEN. I have heard and experienced the lugs loosening and your wheel is gone. The newer 189's had a dual axle rather than a single on the earlier models.

The 619 will hold its value better and will be much easier to sell later on. You will have priority if you want to fish the FLW circuit. The holeshot is awesome. The layouts on both boats are really good. Fit and finish is second to none.

You would be happy with either one.
