Just wanted to post on RAM's customer service. My trolling motor stabilizer broke. I notified RAM and sent the only remaining piece I had (the rest was in the lake). They sent me a whole new setup even though I only needed the clamp section. THAT'S SEVICE. So often we hear about poor customer service and I wanted to spread the word on a happy ending. They can count on my business for a long time to come.

When Ram 1st came out with their rod holders they send me a survey to fill out and if I had any suggestions ....
Told them I like their product but it had to much slop in the post - base connection...They told me they were in the process of fixing said problem ..Next thing I know I get a Brand New set of rod holders with flush mount base's....
Can't get ant better than that..

I emailed them with a question about their warranty policy and never got a response. How did you get hold of them. Thanks!
