Location: WI	The trim does not always work right away. Sometimes I have to cycle it up/down a couple times. It makes a noise around the pump, not a clicking noise, but kind of a static sound. I can hear the relay snap shut under the hood. Does it sound expensive? Edited by Utts 6/30/2005 3:08 PM
