Location: Rhinelander | Current was the most mentioned factor today onstage as the Pros and Co Anglers weighed in baskets as heavy as 20 pounds plus. Several of the Pros talked about the current dropping off today, an the fish moving out of their prefish spots as a result. Today was also was the first sunny day in several, changing the pattern most o the anglers prefished dramatically. After finishing in first place on day one, ARON ABAURREA said, "There are alot of other boats in the area doing what I'm doing, I just plan on going back to my fish tomorrow and get another limit!" The weather looks like it will cooperate, with reasonable winds ant skies forecast to cloud up some, a good thing according to many of the Pros. The water is very clear at the Soo, and many anglers mentioned they'd be happy with clouds. Watch for continuing WalleyeFIRST coverage tomorrow morning!
