Does anyone know where I can get my hands on some big suckers for bait in the LaCrosse area.

Thanks,

Bear

Bear,
Is the fishing that bad you are turning to suckers for food??
I can meet you at the landing some night - we can go get some 10" saugers
Just giving you some grief - couldn't resist..

Is the water up in the parking lot at Tremp yet??

Rick

Yeah the water is in the parking lot right now. I think it should start going down soon. I am getting the urge. Way to much flow for the good areas right now. Although I went out on Sat for an hour and got a dandy. 9.2 lbs. and 29" right on the nose. Trolling three ways. I will see if I can attach a pic. I had to call the little lady to come down and take a pic since I didn't have the camera with.

John I am going after those big eyes...... No I am going to do some Muskie hunting the next few weeks....

Opps!!!! Very nice fish.. Now that I have my foot in mouth - 1 of those suckers look pretty good Jay and I went last night to toss some jigs, pretty clean but your right the water is blowing through and flush with the fishing pier in the back drop of your pic. How'd we do??? lets just say I caught all the fish... all 1 of them, but a nice sheepy it was (sorry - no PIC).

Good luck on those other toothy critters, I might have go harass my deer herd.

That is a great fish!

I wish when I lived in Onalaska 20 years ago I would have spent more time on the river and not so much time chasing bluegills and bass in Lake Onalaska.
