Mississippi River pool 13 is starting to pick up a little. Is there hot bite going on in MN or WI?

Location: Rhinelander
My area over in Rhinelander is still pretty soft, we just went through the turn over on most waters here and tems are in the upper 50's. Things get alot better when the temps drop to 50 or less for some rreason.
