| Looks like I am going to be having a spring Wolf River Fishing Event at Bean City, some time in February or March. I plan on a yearly event where people can stop by and ask questions, see (and buy I hope) tackle, the "hot" jig patterns etc. Going to give some tables to willing "exhibitors" and going to have a panel of experienced Wolf River anglers and other people to talk to. Final details are in the works but I've got interest from the Lake Poygan Sportsman's club, the Basin Educator for the Upper Fox and Lower Wolf from the Natural Resources UW EXtension and others. It's going to be free and Bean City will be giving a couple of free beer coupons to anyone who visits. What I am asking for is suggestions as to a date. I like the idea of mid to late February like the 18th or 25th. Maybe the first Saturday in March??

| YUP. looking forward to your participation Denny and waiting for your boat show schedule so we know what weekend to make it. Lots of good things in the works. Would like to make it a yearly free event and the best resource for Wolf River fishing information and education. |

Location: Manitowoc, WI | Hey Denny! Nice finally meeting you last week. By any chance are you planning on having an "06" 2060 Osprey there? If not, I know someone who might bring theirs out if the schedule permits. LOL! Also let me know when you can order me some of that water spot remover we talked about. I'll call you later this or next week. By the way, 5 eyes at the rock wall and a 17 lb carp on 6lb test. Man, what a battle. |
