We need to ask the US Fish and Wildlife to include the bullets below into Alternative E:

• Share with the states involved in an effort to stock walleye fingerlings of pools 10 through 13 to approximately 165,000 walleye fingerlings into each pool annually, as continues to take place in Pools 9 and 14.

• Place a high priority to develop a Fish restoration plan for the McGregor through Savanna refuge Districts of the Upper Mississippi River by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife with the corporation of the three states involved.

Sad part about all this is the females getting ripped and stripped out of pool nine every year , just to populate other waters. To bad the Federal Fisheries can't just leave them where nature put them in the first place not to mention the pain of all the hoop nets placed in prime fishing locations every year.

I agree , plus I hate losing jigs on those nets!
