Location: Rhinelander
Much of the North central portion of Minnesota and Wisconsin is free of ice or will be very soon, with the North only a week or two behind. I think we finally shook off winter!

With last night's rain and today's strong winds the last remaining ice floes on Bago should be gone before the end of the weekend.

still ice here in townsend.getting lot's of large gills. probably only 1 more week of fishing.

Location: Lake Vermilion Tower,MN
Still plenty of ice here on Vermilion.
The Pike river is starting to cut into Pike bay however. I should have my dock in, within a couple weeks.
