Had some SERIOUS boat problems yesterday that almost sank my boat in the river in Oshkosh. Dave was kind enough to help me out and my son and I got in safe. Thanks again Dave,

I don't think anybody out there is as dumb as me so I would rather not say. Lets just say that the odds of this happening are astronomical.

Rich,

Glad you and the boy are OK. Were you up to Depere today? Thought I saw you and your boat. If not, that explains the dirty look I got from the driver when I waved the single digit at you!!!

Rich:

Your secret is safe with me. I should have negotiated with you for Spring Valley info beforehand. See you down there!

Dave, thanks again. I would plan on bringing down the size you mentioned. Water is going to be pretty high. Be sure to stop by if you see us on the water otherwise I will be at Champs (next to the Econolodge) Wednesday night. Take care

Not the brightest idea to have your boat out in the river off of Oshkosh. You need to have some patience. To me it is plain stupid with the wind and the current ice that is still left on the lake.

Tyee,

Was not out in my boat. Was in Dean's shiny new 621. Had RangerPat along, as our personal handlining instructor. We jig fished after, for an hour and caught 5 or 6. All fish were 17-20 inches. Sorry, I didn't see you. Thaought I saw Rich S, though. Is there another Triton 205 with an MWC sticker on the motor, same color as his?

It was me. I did not see any birds that day though.

Rich, We saw the pelicans at Spring valley, they appear to be headed north. Are those the birds you were looking for?

hehehe

I was waving from the back of Dean's Blue and gold Ranger while you were puttering north towards the doo-doo plant. This was about 1:00 PM. Glad to see the boat still floating!
