I worked over the NW end pretty thoroughly today, the only thing I got was a sunburn -- I couldn't even trick a sheephead. Hit Haystack, Mansur, the Outer Bar this morning and marked very few fish, all of those in 12'-14' off the edges. Went out again this afternoon with my kids -- tried the Outer Bar again, then trolled for an hour. Surface temps were 49 at 6 am with a nice chop mixing up the surface and the deeper water. By 4 pm it was glass smooth and surface temps were above 60.

It was fun to play with my new toys. Over the last few weeks I installed a trolling motor, and x67c, and some rod holders on my 14' tin can. She ain't pretty but she pretty useful.
