Location: Essexville, MI./Saginaw Bay. | Fished the Saginaw this afternoon with board members Chamook and Scotty Hoover. It was as close to a constant walleye bite as you could get. I'd modestly guess we boated more than 70 walleyes in the 3 1/2 hours we fished. Many at that 13 to 14 inch mark and only 6 (up to 18 inches) that were legal to keep. We released them all anyway. The hot jig was the 3/8 Pink XPS, tipped with a white fuzzy grub. Bob stuck with a piece of Gulp worm and other plastics the whole trip, while Scotty and I used Shiners.
