The following teams have qualified through the MWC. Please contact me at [email protected] to let me know if you are going or not. Dates are June 8 & 9 and location is Green Bay, Wisconsin. All forms are due March 1st back to Cabela's so this is a TIGHT turn around for everyone.
And....while you're at it when you email me ....give shirt size since they asked for that on the form.

The next teams are also going through the "bye" that was promised from having qualified last year but the NTC dates landed on the MWC dates at Escanaba. So the following teams must ALSO email me if they are going or not. If "partner" is listed below please tell me the partner name. I would have preferred to not be the one coordinating this since most all of you qualified through "other" means not MWC -- but looks like it fell on my lap. But I don't want to not do it because I don't want you guys to lose your spot. So please email right away.
