Subject: Bracket for folding bow seat?

Sometime ago I saw a bracket that could be mounted on the bow deck, and a seat bolted to it, that folded down for running. The idea is to see over the bow seat when driving. I lost the link and can't find the manufacturer, does anyone remember seeing this model? and know where I can find one?
