I've never been a big fan of cable ties. They go on great, but are a pain to take off (at least for me they are). I tend to get things rigged how & where I want them and then down the road wind up changing or moving things around. I'm rigging my 2060 right now and wanted to use something different to tie my wires together. I found these velcro straps/ties at Auto Zone and so far they have been working great and have helped ease the rigging process. We'll see how they hold and if I'm still pleased with them in a few years. I'm sure some of you have used these before, but if you haven't, there worth a try. I believe they were about $2 for 25???

Those are cool! Look great for trolling motor rigging and the like.

We use a product from Panduit, Tak-Tape, a 3/4" X 20' roll of "hook and loop" tape. One side is "hook" and the other "loop" (velcro) A strip of about two inches long will handily wrap three or four cables. Easy on and easy off, reusable. Check it out...
