Heard a rumor that power loading was going to be against the rules at all of the Bago County launches this year. Any truth to that? If so, do they explain their perception of 'power loading'?

Sings were posted last year at a few winnabago launches I used but there was no ordinace # on the sign so i am not sure how they would enforce it. Power loading is when you use your big motor to push the boat up onto the trailer which creates large amount of turbelance .

I spoke with Rob from the county last year when the signs were posted. He said that they did not have enough manpower to enforce an ordinance even if one was put in place.

So, until they start fining me or volunteer to winch my boat on the trailer, I will not follow the "power loading" suggestion.
