Depends on what you want.......Prime Rib.......Weiderholts in Miesville.(Might only be Friday Sat. though......Good food either way. About 15 miles up Hgy. 61 toward Hastings.
Burgers.......King Place,Top 10 in Minnesota! Also in Miesville.Across the hgy. from Weiderholts

Bierstube in Redwing......Just down the street from Ike's Baitshop. Down by Pottery Place.

Liberty's downtown ain't bad.

The "Liberty" restaurant that's on the corner of 3rd and Plum Streets, in downtown Red Wing. Good food all around, and friendly service people.

They serve breakfast through dinner. There is also a big bar attached, if you like a drink or two too.

p.s. The Liberty delivers just about anywhere too.

Across the river near Hager City, WI there is a little drive-in that has pretty good broasted chicken. Not sure about the name, Hager Heights?? We like to stop there and get chicken for the ride home from the river. Had some on the way home Sunday. Make sure you take Komo with. He's kind of a broasted chicken connisuere (sp). I'd be curious to see how he rates it against the chicken at the Pipe CITGO.

Well said indeed. Maybe not connoisseur, but I know my chicken. Yep, it will go on the list. Beer Steiub was fine, though an ordered cheeseburger fell a bit short. Wondering how the buffet/gambling combo at Paradise is? Heard about the prime rib spot. Rumor has it's become quite the hangout for a pro team. Highy recommended.

(shhhhh!!!! mr o walked by. Glad I got my glasses on.)

Had the directions and was gonna make a run, east of the border. Hager City Drive Inn. Over the bridge on 58. At 1st 4 way, its on the corner. Called at 830. Closed at seven. May have to pick some up on the way to the Treasure Island Buffet. Greazzee Fingered Blackjack.

Motor your boat up to the Harbor Bar right on the main channel across from downtown Red Wing. In the summer they do authentic Jamaican jerk chicken and pork outside.Mmmmmmmmmm....
