I just got a 1850 Skeeter with a 1995 Yamaha Pro V 150. What would be the maximum rpm I should run this motor at?

Call Rick Schumacher @ Anchor Marine in Appleton... 920-731-5313. He can tell you anything you want to know about that set-up... He's the Skeeter Dealer In Appleton. He's a good guy and will be glad to answer any questions you have on your boat... I have the same set-up 1850 with a 150 V-max... I run a custom high-5 prop, but I could not tell you how many RPM's I run because I never look.... I can get 54 on my GPS with a T-8 hanging on the back and lite on the gas.

Thanks for the info Purple Skeeter. I may have too re-prop because my top speed is 45 mph on gps. I am turning 5800 rpm's with a t8 on the back also. What number and pitch is your High 5 prop?
