WalleyeFIRST will be onsite to cover the event beginning tomorrow morning. The bite has been very good, but slot fish are hard to come by. Big fish are plentiful, with the classic late May patterns on Mille Lacs holding true.

The weather look s like it will be about average after a very warm start to the week. Wind is always an issue on Mille Lacs, so expect that it WILL be rough out there; just because it's spring and the wind has been blowing hard for two weeks. Thundershowers will be in the forecast all week as well, but no HUGE cold fronts are coming through.

Watch tomorrow morning for the early AM reports, videos, and images.
