Many of you know Wayne Blair of Bay City, Mi. Wayne passed away May 31 as a result of an automobile accident. Wayne grew up fishing Saginaw Bay and knew what he was doing out there. Wayne fished the PWT, MWT as well as plenty of smaller tournaments. Mark Gwizdala (PWT Pro) and Wayne fished together for years. Prayers for him, his family and friends. He will be missed by many! How sad. I knew Wayne through Mark Gwizdala. I competed against him on the PWT. Wayne was a helluva stick and a nice guy to be around. We've lost a good one. Our thoghts go out to his family.

Many a saginaw bay walleye fisherman called a spinner with a spoon dodger ahead of it a Blair Rig as Wayne helped develop this.
