I am going up to FLW in bemidji 3 days early, how do you guys usaully break up your days into finding a program and fish?

Spinners, cranks, jigging and livebait rigging

Every body of waer is different and the time of year will have an impact on where and what the fish are doing.

You need to find fish first before you worry about catching them and putting a "program" together. Good Luck

Don't worry about finding that secret spot. Start off fishing the community spots. People fish them because fish are there. Once you get your confidence catching those fish, then expand to other areas. You would be surprised how many nice checks are cashed by people who just fished a community spot during the tournament.

I attest.. community spots are better then skunking out!
