what are some good strong split rings that can be used on crank baits?

what are some good snaps that wont ruin the action of a rapala?

For split rings, I usually just take one off of the bait I'm looking to replace it on and take it with me to the store. I try to match it as close as possible so I don't throw the lure out of balance. I believe the brand I've most recently bought is SPRO.

As far as snaps go, most cross lock snaps will work. I suggest the actual snaps, not the snap swivels. You don't want too much play in the line, you want the crank to be pulled in a relatively straight line without twising. The ones I use are usually rated for up to about 20lbs.
