Been told this is because of some old treaty or agreement to keep the gauge height at 2.5 ft or lower. Is this true?, who is responsible for this, DNR, Army Corps of Engineers?.
We need more water to be held in the river.

3 or more years of drought and no snow in the winter means no water in the Wolf.

Rich, I'm sure the river is coming up, but the bulk of the rain went south of Wolf River Basin. We can use a LOT more water in this area.

That sucks. The river is Oshkosh looked a bit high as I went over the bridge this morning. I guess they are predicting more rain this week. Hopefully we get it in the right areas.

Let it rain, BTW, just aquired a Drop-N-Stay. Looks like the cats meow, I need to give it a try on 'Bago real soon.

They work great on rivers as well especially when the big cruisers are out and about. Keep me posted:)
