Here is the entry form for those who wish to fish the Sheboygan Walleye Club's "Battle on the Bay". This year's event is scheduled for August 12th out of Oconto, WI. Rules can be accessed by email me at [email protected] or Pat Schuette at [email protected]. We're expecting a big turnout this year given that there aren't any events to conflict with and the awesome fishing on the Bay of Green Bay.

Info regarding the Battle On The Bay will be put on the Sheboygan Walleye Club website at www.sheboyganwalleyeclub.com in the near future. There will be a link on the left side main menu. We are planning another great event this year. Results from last year will be on the website also.
Thanks for considering our tournament which is one of our clubs major fundraising events. Proceeds from which are used to support conservation and outdoor education programs throughout the area.
Sincerely,
Chris Gasser
President, Sheboygan Walleye Club

Chris, I tried to print a copy of the entry form shown on the above post but it will not print clear enough to be read when I send it in. Any chance of posting a form with a white background so it prints clearly or possibly mailing me one?

I have a couple pictures posted on the website from last years Battle On The Bay. That 12.66 that Carl and Pat got is one BIG fish. Hopefully I can get last years results up soon along with more pictures. We lost our website a few months ago and of course our pictures also.
An entry form and rules are listed under the main meny.
We have gotten some excellent prizes donated from sponsors. I think all of you who enter will be pleased. I would list them here but I am not sure of all the names so I don't want to forget anyone. Hey, I'm just the President, What do I know :). I will try and get a list on our website.
We are making a couple changes this year to make it run smoother and also ordering a digital display so the weights can be seen by everyone.
For only our second try it should be a good time.
Hope to see you all there.

Back to the top.....

Just a reminder: I've received a few emails about the Battle on the Bay regarding membership in the Sheboygan Walleye Club. While it is always the goal of SWC to expand it's membership, it is NOT a requirement to enter the Battle on the Bay.

I'm waiting to hear from MexicoNM. He may have sent an e-mail, but I don't know the password for my home computer. Wife has cut me off, yet again!

Is there a late few for this tournament? Can you sign up the night before?

Your best bet is to call tournament director Pat Schuette at 920-758-3000. He would have the answer for that.

You can sign up at the registration meeting before the rules meeting. There are no late fees. After Aug 1st we recommend just waiting for signing up at the registration otherwise your entry might not make it to me in time.
I know I said it before but there are some need prizes coming in from sponsors and I believe the first 50 that sign up get something also.
See you all there,

I do not have the exact count on the number of entries, but I'm told the expected turnout will be more than triple what we had last year. If memory serves me right we had around 28 teams last year.

If you are looking for a motel for Battle On The Bay, The Edgewood Motel in Peshtigo still has a few rooms left. They are in the $50 range.
