Member Posts: 2300 Location: Berlin | Thanks Jim, we are very proud to be a sponsor of the MWS. I have fished several MWS events and was fortunate to be on the winning team in one of them. Jim runs a great circuit and anybody that has not fished one should give it a try. We are also excited to announce that we will be awarding the winning team $100 if they were using one of our products. I will be at the rules meeting on Saturday if anybody has any questions. I've got two of the drop-n-stays in my boat right now - just waiting for some rough water to give them a good test. They held up very well to the chop from the pleasure boaters last week, so if they perform even half as well with a 20 mph breeze, I'll be a very satisfied customer...

Member Posts: 3899 | I used my new Dro N Stays yesterday on Bago. The wind pick up around 11:00 AM from the south, and my 50' anchor line wasn't holding. I put on the Drop N Stay, and the anchor was able to keep its hold on the bottom. I've not used the Dock N Stay yet, but I am sure it will come in handy when launchng alone, which could be tomorrow if I can't find someone to go with. Glad to have you on with the MWS, Rich. I look forward to taking some of your money. You've taken enough from me over the years!

Member Posts: 2300 Location: Berlin | Glad to hear you guys are getting a chance to use them. They will be real helpful in this tournament if the wind picks up. Good luck to all the WF'ers, hopefully one of us can win this thing.

Member Posts: 1188 Location: Chicago IL. | Rich. I was able to try out the drop-n-stay anchoring on the wingdams last weekend. Worked great when the crusiers blew by with the big wakes. The system took up the shock and kept the anchor dug in. If your into anchoring like me on the river, it is a must have. Sorry ,,no pics but it worked just as the website videos.

Member Posts: 192 | I have to second the effectiveness of the Drop-n-Stay for boat waves. Because of lack of wind this past Sunday, I anchored on my spots with very little rope out. Everytime a boat came past me, my anchors stayed put. Now I have to get a couple of those Dock-n-Stay deals so I don't have to keep spending a couple minutes untangling my dock rope everytime I dock the boat.

![]() Member Posts: 2680 Location: Essexville, MI./Saginaw Bay. | Got mine yesterday in the mail and I can't wait to try it on the St.Claire out of my sled. Hoping to get rid of that 10 feet of chain behind the anchor that signals every walleye 3 miles downriver I'm fishing in that spot. Hopefully with that rivers 14 knot current and those (ocean going) VHS transports going by every 20 minutes, I won't need to pull everything up and re-anchor on those near shore humps after each ones passing. One more thing Rich. I'm glad that the Drop-N-Stay is as resiliant as it is. As the box it came in when delivered from UPS was crushed flat when it arrived. The wife almost threw it away thinking it was trash. You might want to mention that to those boys. ![]() Edited by walleye express 8/14/2007 3:11 PM
