Jerry,

I was just at Fleet Farm in Beaver Dam a few days ago and they had a 12 volt, 55lb thrust on sale for $399... I think... They also had a 36 volt, 101 lb thrust transom mount Maxxium for about the same price.

I think you should buy my unit, get a hacksaw and make your own.
