Member Posts: 1040 Location: Stevens Point, WI | I have a friend who is interested in fishing some of the FLW league events. Is the format basically like the tours where they get drawn the night before the tournament with who there going to fish with? I've never taken part or been to a FLW event and I thought the league events were a bit different but not sure. Also, there is a rules meeting the night before the event correct? Why I'm wondering is, this friend goes to school here in Point and was wondering if the rules meeting was all he needed to be part of prior to the tournament. Any info would be appreciated.

Yes. The anglers must also be there prior to the rules meeting to "register". Registration is needed to make sure all anglers who entered are in fact there. The brochure or online rules will have registration and rules meeting times and locations. Any info would be appreciated All the information you need can be found on their website at http://www.flwoutdoors.com . Just click on the Walleye Tab at the top of the homepage for the Tour or League info. Juls Edited by Juls_OH 2/1/2008 6:11 AM

Member Posts: 1656 | T.J., He should be able to just show up at the rules/registration meeting. Meet his boater for the day and make arrangements where to meet his boater the following day. Just like the tour, except it's only a one day event. Edited by Jayman 2/1/2008 10:31 AM
