On my way back from Green Bay yesterday, I spotted a Trolling motor on the side of Hwy 41 Southbound. Not the whole motor, just the power head.

I'm just guessing... but it looks like someone with a Autopilot, maybe even a Terranova might have lost the lower part of the unit due to an unexpected deployment.

WOW that must be some new motor!

Must be a pretty loud truck, if he didn't hear that! Proabaly has a diesel and big exhaust.

Trouble is.... if your trolling motor stays deployed for more than 4 hours, you have to seek a boat mechanic.
