I think the trolling bite in the MUD will snap any day. My feeling is the first 4 days this week will be a tough bit but by the weekend if the forcast holds we could be talking a all out slug fest or maybe another scroungarama? Stay tuned and watch. The water temp was getting up there were the mud bite shoiuld snap. My prediction is 38 lbs to win. Good Luck MWC'ers

In the Green Bay MWC it was two rods per angler. I would assume it will be the same for the Winnebago tournament. To be exact it was two rods per person with a total of three lines. Hence the reason teams were running cheater lines. They don't have to follow state law if they create their own rules within the state regulations.

Member Posts: 1656 | '05 was two rods per angler. But I thought I read in the fact sheet that they are following state laws this year. Edited by Jayman 6/18/2008 11:04 AM Attachments ---------------- FACT%20Sheet%20-%20Oshkosh.pdf (152KB - 135 downloads)

Member Posts: 591 Location: in the boat off the east shore somewhere | see, i knew the mwc had its own rule!!!!!!!!! we will find out at the rules meeting agian! if your going to fish the tournaments you better know the rules,, if its two rods, the only way you better have 6 boards out is if you snap two boards on a fish pole,,, a cheeter line???????? thats crap but under state law you can run 3 hooks per angler two rods fine but you can double stack one of them that doesnt mean you can run four boards and send two handline rigs out,!!!!!!!! you can put two cranks on one rod each for a total of 3 lures per person two rods per person. i know it was an issue after the first day of the mwc that i fished , teams reporting other teams for running 6 lines and 6 boards! there are sitll some that says 6 rods permitable by state law but if the mwc says only 2 then you better follow the rule or face disqualification... lets make this clear at the meeting. please!
