Need an anchor for watching fireworks this weekend from my 1760 GC. Will 10lbs do it? Nothing extreme, just watching from Racine harbor.

if the harbor is going to be crowded, you'll probably want 2 anchors (front and back) so that you're not drifting in a wide area and into other nearby boats...

the weather forecast says that it is supposed to be nice this weekend, so you probably won't need anything fancy/heavy in the anchor department.

Slamr......Lambeau ansewered your anchor question......But, when you step up to that 2060, you will the have enough room for a a few lounge chairs when viewing the fireworks......I have a gas grill you could mount to your rod rails.

When Pro-Staffers actually get that "free boat" that most people think we get (ha ha!) then I'll move up to a 2060. Needs to coincide with when MuskieFIRST staff members get that free Toyota Tundra that people think we get.
