| Anyone else having problems getting the Cabelas brand shads (deep diving) to swim straight? I tried 12-15 different shads on both fireline and mono with different snaps (snaps that worked with other lures) and I could not get any of them to swim straight. Even after adjusting them, they all swam to the side and looped to the surface, even at lower speeds. Dominic |

| For me, they are way more sensitive to Tuning. On average it takes many times longer to get the Cabelas running straight compared to a Rapala Shad Rap. I bought about 20 of them and so far only 1 or 2 have come out of the package running true. Overall I like them (mostly because of price), but they do seem to run a little crazy compared to Rapalas and are very speed sensitive.
That being said.... They DO catch fish though! |

| Been there, bargain bin lures don't work. Rapala is the best out of the box. I've used alot of lures here on Lake of the Woods, but when I have 6 people whatching me tune a lure, I throw it and grab a new Rapala. Reef runners are catchers too, but one fish and time to toon in. |
