Is there any better sonar mounts out there besides ram. I have a ram mount with 2 swing arms on my dash holding a 112, it sure does bounce around a lot. I want to mount a 27c to the bow and was looking for something different.

There is a 2 1/4" ball Ram mount for the big sonars. Either an 7.3" or a 3" shaft length I believe. About $90.

I use the Tom Backer mount on my console.. Solid mount. About $30.

Check out the Angler's Pal multi-mount.It features a pinch bolt on both ball sockets not one in the center like a Ram.They're rock solid and are available in various lengths.
