Well,, I threw caution to the wind and drilled two 1/2" holes. One between the dry storage and the rod locker/ forward left side and one on the right. Used a pattle bit and went through the insulation, Then took a pice of 3/8" PVC- 4" long put some RTV glue on and gently tapped into the hole till it was just lower than flush...Was out yesterday in POURING rain and it worked like a charm. All the water drained into the hull and out the bilge. Dry boxes stayed dry! Looks O.K. also...
