Subject: Jered Worden and Jeff Erickson Win Devils Lake MWC

Location: Rhinelander

Worden and Erickson took home a nail biter this afternoon at the Devils Lake MWC weighing exactly 6 ounces more than Morris and Heiser, who very nearly took home their third consecutive win in North Dakota.

Larson and Reinhart took third weighing in 45 pounds even, Lunde and Schultztook fourth with 44-02, and fifth were Klein and Kulla with 42.09.

The fish were caught jigging the shorlines, snap jigging rock edges, and pulling cranks along structural edges. Slip bobbers were also in play. The big winds today beat up the field, but improved the bite for most teams. Big fish honors went to a 9 pound class walleye.
