| Ok so I located a 1700 Osprey for a freind, he was wondering what kind of performance a 130 ETEC would give it?
What does one of these do with a 115? |

| Though I can't speak for the eTec performance versus any other brand/model I can say that I've SEEN a 1700 with a 130 running full-throttle.....scary fast. I know my 1700 ran 36mph with a 90hp 4-stroke Suzi, so add 40hp and less of a doggy motor and I'm guessing you're pushing high 40s? Just a guess there. |

| I was running with my 1760 about 45 this weekend with a very full load... 150 Opti... though the 17" rev 4 is not a speed prop... I can blast on plane... that 1700 should be a neat boat with a 130... |

| I consistantly got 50+ out of my Lund 1700 Angler SS with a 135 Opti. I suspect that 1700 Tuffy would be right there with that motor and the right prop. Maybe a Lazer II 21P or a Tempest Plus 19 or 21P. |
