As a fan of tournament walleye fishing it is exciting to see this come to fruition.

I copied the following from the latest AIM press release.

"Lake Winnie is teeming with three to four pound walleyes that have been protected for years by slot limits. Plus there are plenty of illusive eight to ten pounders that can tip the scales in the Pro Angler's favor."

My thought is that if they are moving forward with CRR, then they should leave the old rhetoric and anything having to do with what a fish weighs out of their future information.

3-4 Lbs = 20-24"
8-10 lbs = 28-30"

I'm sure you will see language develop along those lines as the CRR format catches on as AIM moves forward, adding innovations to competitive angling for all fish.
